Do You Know Me?
In my Biopedia class, I assigned my students to create a list of things to challenge those who would read their Biopedias. Questions that would stimulate thinking and curiosity. A mixture of truth and lies; and as Mark Twain would say, lies, damned lies, and statistics. Some of the true things I'm not proud of, but confession is good for the soul, right? So, here is my list: Which of these did I not do? Was a guest “expert” on The Young Turks television show Won a cake-baking contest Won a sewing contest Sang an aria in a professional choir Served as a consultant on an “America’s Most Wanted” episode Won a humor contest Served on a jury for a sensational murder trial Authored a radio play that was produced and recorded Had my song lyrics performed on a professional album Was bitten by a wild animal Bit a wild animal Have been baptized 48 times Used my own belt sander to refinish a house with siding Got tangled in a parachute sky diving Won a milking contest -- into a coke bottle Drowned and was resuscitated Am 2% Askenazi Jew (here's a statistic, for Twain's sake) Climbed every major pyramid in Mexico Had two of my books stolen by Anthropic Drove an ice cream truck Was a waitress Fumbled information, forgot facts, and was humiliated and left speechless on a live national radio program Gladly ate fried worms Stole from my employer Had one of my books entered as evidence in a federal hate crime case Any guesses? Comment below! And start your own list!

That's... a... lot!
My guess: Sang an aria in a professional choir.
